Parents have a few ways of accessing STAAR scores as they become available.

Single Sign On is an exciting new feature that has been added to Lubbock-Cooper Skyward Family Access. This feature allows parents using a computer direct access to their child's State Assessment (STAAR, EOC) scores with one click via the Texas Assessment Portal. (Single Sign On will not work on a mobile device. Scroll down for mobile device instructions.)

Tuesday, June 15
EOC scores will be posted in the Texas Assessment Parent Portal and your Skyward Family Access account.

Monday, June 21
Grades 5 and 8 Reading and Math STAAR scores will be posted in the Texas Assessment Parent Portal and your Skyward Family Access account

Monday, June 28
Grades 3-8 STAAR scores will be posted in the Texas Assessment Parent Portal and your Skyward Family Access account.

The Texas Assessment Portal offers parents and students:

  • A history of student scores for each State assessment taken in the past 10 years;
  • Detailed results for each State assessment taken;
  • Ability to view all released test questions and how they performed; and
  • Resources to assist parents in understanding their child's score, understanding the STAAR test, how to help their child prepare, and FAQs.

SINGLE SIGN ON INSTRUCTIONS
When you log in to Skyward Family Access as an LCISD parent, you will see the "District Links" dropdown menu at the top right. Click on "District Links" and review the menu that drops down. You should have a "TEA Assessment Portal" link (multiple links for multiple children enrolled in the district). Click the "TEA Assessment Portal" link to be directed to the parent portal where you can view scores with no additional sign-in required.

MOBILE ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
To access your child's scores using a mobile device, visit https://texasassessment.gov/. If you have your child's Unique Student Access Code (previously assigned by TEA), enter it on the screen along with your child's date of birth. If you do not have your child's Unique Student Access Code, scroll below the log in button to "Find My Access Code." Enter your child's first name, social security number, and date of birth. Your access code will appear in the code field with a message stating, "Access Code Lookup Successful." Click the blue "Go" button again to see your child's scores. (Be sure to save your child's Unique Student Access Code for future use.)
